Agency Mode is an exclusive feature for Agency Plus subscribers. It transforms Rank Prompt from a per-brand tool into a full agency operations platform - giving you cross-brand visibility, portfolio management, and client management tools all in one place.
When Agency Mode is active, the sidebar navigation switches to agency-wide views so you can see and act on data across all your brands from a single interface.
A high-level overview of all your client brands in one place. See visibility scores, recent activity, and key metrics across your entire portfolio without jumping between individual brands.

A visual heatmap showing how all your client brands are performing across AI platforms. Quickly identify which clients need attention and where visibility gaps exist.
An AI assistant that works across all your brands at once. Unlike the per-brand agent, the agency agent has context across your entire portfolio - ask it questions about multiple clients, compare performance, or run actions across brands.
Key capabilities:
Ask cross-brand questions ("Which of my clients has improved the most this month?")
Run reports and actions across multiple brands
Memory that persists across sessions
Available via the agency sidebar when Agency Plus is active
A cross-brand task board and list view showing tasks across all your client brands. Manage your team's work across every account without switching contexts.
Key capabilities:
See all tasks across all brands in one view
Filter by brand, status, or assignee
List view (default) and kanban board view
Same 5 fixed status columns as per-brand tasks
Find potential clients, track them through a funnel, and manage your new business pipeline. Search for brands by industry or keyword, discover their AI visibility gaps, and pitch your services.
Manage article content and client review cycles across your entire agency. Clients can review articles before publishing, leave inline comments anchored to specific text, and approve or request changes.
Key capabilities:
Agency-wide content management view (/content)
Client review action queue (/reviews)
Review statuses: pending, changes requested, approved
Inline comments anchored to text (Google Docs style)
Notification system for review activity
A dashboard of all shareable links you've created - reports, brand audits, or visibility data shared with clients. Shares are frozen snapshots that you can refresh or extend.
A white-label portal where your clients access their data under your agency's branding - not Rank Prompt's. Share a persistent link with each client and control exactly what they can see.

Organize your client brands with tags (e.g. by industry, size, or status). Use the multi-brand filter to focus on a specific subset of clients across all agency views.

Yes. Agency Mode adds cross-brand views to the navigation - it does not remove individual brand pages. You can still navigate into any specific brand and use all per-brand features normally.
No. Both are available. The per-brand agent is focused on one brand's context. The agency agent has access to your entire portfolio and is designed for cross-brand questions and actions.
No. Agency Mode is exclusive to the Agency Plus plan. The Agency plan includes team collaboration and white-label exports, but cross-brand portfolio features, the agency agent, client portal, My Shares, Prospects, and the content review workflow require Agency Plus.
