Every paid plan costs 20% less billed annually. Switch with the Monthly and Annual toggle at the top of Plans > Plan. Annual plans still get their credits every month.

Top-up credits never expire and are spent after your monthly plan credits.
The AI budget is the dollars the agent and inline editing spend, separate from credits. Each plan includes a monthly amount (see the table above). You can convert credits into more on Plans > AI budget: 20 credits for $5, 50 for $15, 120 for $40. It is spent within the billing cycle and resets with your plan.
On Starter and up you can also add your own OpenAI key in Settings > Agent settings: the agent then runs on your OpenAI account instead of your AI budget.
Every plan includes Developer API requests. If you need more, or only the API, Plans > API plan offers two standalone plans:

Upgrades start today. You pay the difference now, with the unused time of your current plan credited, and the new plan's monthly credits are added right away
Downgrades start at your next renewal. Nothing changes until then, and you keep your current credits
Canceling keeps your plan working until the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to Free

Every account starts on Free, with 10 credits for a first report and no card. New accounts may then be offered a free trial of a paid plan or a discount on their first month; the Pricing button in the top bar shows the offer your account has, if any. See Free trial.
Actions that need credits stop until you top up, upgrade or reach your next monthly reset. Your reports and history stay. See Understanding credits.
Monthly plan credits reset each month and do not roll over. Top-up credits never expire.
People you invite to your account from Settings > Team. Each member gets the Editor or Viewer role, and access to the brands you pick or to All brands (account-wide). Pro includes 2 seats, Agency 10 and Agency Plus 25. Client logins on Agency Plus are separate: 100 read-only seats for your clients on your own domain.
The agent answers questions about your data and does work in the app for you, like running reports. It is on every plan and spends your AI budget; on Free, its tools for articles, audits and schedules are not included. On Agency Plus, the agency agent works across all your brands at once.
