Note: Any combination of standard platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Mode, Claude) costs 1 credit per prompt total — not per platform. Each premium platform you enable adds +1 credit per prompt. Details: Understanding Credits

AI Agent Budget

The AI agent copilot uses a separate AI Budget (not regular credits). You can top up your AI Budget from Plans & Billing -> Top-Ups. Alternatively, connect your own OpenAI API key (BYOK) in Agent Settings to avoid platform AI Budget costs entirely.

How to Change Your Plan

1. Go to Plans & Billing (click your profile -> Plans & Billing)

2. Select the Plan tab

3. Choose your new plan

4. Confirm the change

Upgrades: Applied immediately with prorated billing

Downgrades: Applied at the end of your current billing period

How to Cancel

1. Go to Plans & Billing

2. Select the Subscription tab

3. Click Cancel

4. Confirm cancellation

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Your scheduled reports will pause, and you'll be notified to add more credits or upgrade your plan.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes! You can switch anytime from Plans & Billing.

Do unused credits roll over?

No, credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Top-up credits do not expire.

How many brands can I add?

Each plan has a brand limit: Starter allows up to 10 brands, Pro up to 100, Agency up to 500, and Agency Plus up to 1,000.

What is the AI agent copilot?

The AI agent is a conversational assistant available on all paid plans. It can run reports, answer questions about your visibility data, and help manage your brands. It uses a separate AI Budget (or your own OpenAI key via BYOK). Agency Plus users also get a cross-brand agency agent that works across all client brands at once.

What are collaborators?

Collaborators are team members you invite to access a brand. Agency and Agency Plus plans support up to 5 collaborators per brand.
