The AI agent copilot, inline content editing, and AI image generation draw from a separate AI Budget balance. You fund it by converting report credits: when you run low, the app prompts you to convert credits to AI Budget (cycle-expiring, resets with your plan). Alternatively, connect your own OpenAI API key (BYOK) in Agent Settings to avoid platform AI Budget costs entirely.

No, credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Top-up credits do not expire.
Each plan has a brand limit: Starter allows up to 10 brands, Pro up to 100, Agency up to 500, and Agency Plus up to 1,000.
The AI agent is a conversational assistant available on all paid plans. It can run reports, answer questions about your visibility data, and help manage your brands. It uses a separate AI Budget balance funded by converting report credits (or your own OpenAI key via BYOK). Agency Plus users also get a cross-brand agency agent that works across all client brands at once.
Team members are invited per account (shared across all your brands), not per individual brand. Seats are available from Pro (2 seats), Agency (10 seats), and Agency Plus (25 seats). Each member gets an Editor or Viewer role and access to either selected brands or every brand in your account (account-wide access), and you can change both at any time from the Team page. Agency Plus also includes 100 client seats: read-only logins for your clients on your own agency domain, counted separately from team seats.
Full refunds are only available if you contact [email protected] within 24 hours of a charge, granted at our discretion. After 24 hours no refunds are issued (including renewals and trial conversions), and credit top-ups are non-refundable. This is separate from the 7-day free trial, which you can cancel before it ends to avoid being charged.
