The agency domain puts a subdomain you control, such as clients.youragency.com, in front of the app. Once it is verified:
Client portal links, share links, article review links and every link inside notification and report emails use your domain
Turning on the white label app also serves the sign-in page and the dashboard from it
Only subdomains work. An apex domain (youragency.com) does not.
Go to White label > Domains and click Add domain
Enter your subdomain and save
Add the three DNS records shown on the page at your DNS provider:

If your DNS provider supports automatic setup (Domain Connect), the page on app.rankprompt.com shows Connect with and the provider's name above the records: click it, approve the three records in the tab that opens, and come back; the page checks them on its own. The provider's approval screen names Rank Prompt. Otherwise, and always when you open the page on your own domain, it names your provider and links its guide for adding records.
Click Verify DNS. DNS changes can take 5 to 30 minutes to propagate
Click Re-check status until SSL certificate shows Active. The certificate usually takes a few minutes
If your DNS is on Cloudflare, set the records to DNS only (grey cloud) so the certificate can issue. The CNAME must point straight at portal.rankprompt.com, not through another proxy or CDN.
Some features show Rank Prompt's name to whoever uses them on your domain, on a consent screen or an installer. The What your app offers card on White label > Domains lets you choose which ones your domain offers; each starts off:

A feature that is off is not there at all on your domain: the option is hidden and its pages do not open. On app.rankprompt.com every feature is on.
Automatic DNS setup (Connect with your provider) is not on this card: it works only on app.rankprompt.com, the one address DNS providers send you back to. On your domain, the page lists the records to add by hand.
The page shows three pills:

Auth redirects need no action: the registration happens on its own once the SSL certificate is active.
Every verified domain is checked again each night: the three records must still resolve and the certificate must still be active.
A domain not confirmed for 30 days goes back to Pending, and links fall back to app.rankprompt.com until a check passes. Click Verify DNS to confirm it again
After 2 failed checks in a row, the domain is taken down and marked failed. Fix the records and verify again
An account that drops below Agency Plus has its domain taken down
Remove deletes the domain: the app, client portals and share links on it stop working at once, and clients signed in there lose access until a domain is verified again. Links go back to app.rankprompt.com. Replace domain swaps it for another subdomain, which needs its own records.
Step 1 (TXT) is not detected. The _rankprompt-verify record is missing or its value is wrong. Copy the value exactly; quotes that some providers add are fine.
Step 2 (CNAME) is not detected. The subdomain does not resolve to portal.rankprompt.com. Remove any A or AAAA record on the same name and turn off proxying for it.
Step 3 (SSL) is not detected. The _acme-challenge CNAME is missing or points to the wrong target. Copy the whole target from the page.
The records look right but verification fails. DNS changes can take a while. Try again later, and check with a public DNS lookup tool that all three records are visible from outside your network. When Cloudflare reports a problem, the page lists what it says is blocking the domain.
The domain is already in use. A subdomain can be verified by one account at a time. Remove it from the other account first.
Reserved domain. Rank Prompt's own domains cannot be used.
Links still show app.rankprompt.com. DNS and SSL certificate must both be Active and the domain must have passed a check in the last 30 days. Click Re-check status.
No. The agency domain serves web pages. The sending domain sends email and is set in White label > Email. Use different subdomains for the two.
No. A subdomain belongs to one account.
No. It is part of Agency Plus. Adding, verifying and removing a domain needs an active subscription, not a trial.
They keep working. Links made once the domain is active use it; older links on app.rankprompt.com stay valid until they expire.
