With many clients, opening each brand to check its tasks is slow. On Agency Plus, agency mode turns Tasks into one view of every client's pending work.
Open the brand switcher and choose Agency mode
Click Tasks in the sidebar
The page shows the tasks of every brand you can open, with a Brand column (or the brand on each card). List and Board work as they do for one brand. To leave agency mode, pick a brand in the brand switcher.
On plans below Agency Plus, the cross-brand view shows what it does and the plan that includes it.
List: brands, Status, Category and Priority
Board: the same, plus Source and Assignee
Pick one or more brands to focus on a single client or compare a few side by side.
Owners and editors manage tasks here the same way as in one brand: move them between statuses, accept or dismiss suggestions, edit, archive, and act on several at once. Every change shows in that brand's own Tasks too: it is the same task.
Two differences:
There is no New task here: create a task inside the brand it belongs to, and it shows up in agency mode right away
Deleting takes the brand's owner, as it does in one brand
Client seats never see agency mode; they see the accepted work of their own brand, read only.
Monday review: filter Status to Suggested and accept or dismiss what Rank Prompt found for every client
Before client calls: filter to one brand and In progress or Review
Bottlenecks: on the board, a crowded Review column across brands means approvals are stuck
Delegation: filter Assignee on the board to see each teammate's load
To hand a client's task to the agent, click Fix with agent on it: the agent works in that brand. To ask across the portfolio ("Which clients have the most high priority work open?"), use the agent's All brands mode.
