White-Label App

Serve the entire Rank Prompt app on your own subdomain, under your name, logo, favicon, and colors. Agency Plus only. Learn the requirements, how to switch it on, what your team and clients see, and what stays hidden.

Your agency's own app

With the white-label app, app.youragency.com (or any subdomain you own) serves the full product: the sign-in page, the dashboard, reports, share links, the client portal, and review links. Your team and your clients log in there and see your product name, your logo, your favicon, and your colors. Rank Prompt is never mentioned.

This is different from white-label exports and share links, which brand individual outputs. The white-label app brands the whole experience.

Requirements

  • An Agency Plus subscription

  • A verified agency domain with the SSL certificate active (see Agency Domain)

  • Branding filled in under White label > Branding: at least a logo, a company name, and colors. An app name and a favicon are recommended

Enabling the App

  1. Go to White label > Domains

  2. Confirm DNS and SSL certificate both show Active

  3. Turn on Serve the app on this domain

  4. Click Open your app to load the sign-in page on your domain

Turning the switch off takes the app down immediately: the domain keeps serving portal and share links, but the sign-in page and dashboard are no longer available there. Removing the domain also turns the app off.

Note: Sessions are per domain. Your team signs in once on your domain and separately on app.rankprompt.com.

What Your Team Sees

Agency staff (owner and team members) get the same dashboard as on app.rankprompt.com, minus everything Rank Prompt specific:

  • No billing, subscription, credits, or Earn Credits pages

  • No Developers, API, MCP, or "What's New" pages

  • No in-app chat widget or product announcements

  • No Rank Prompt help links; Help points to your support URL or email

  • No account switcher; the domain is bound to your agency account

The owner manages the subscription and the White label settings from app.rankprompt.com; team members do not see White label on your domain.

What Clients See

Clients you invite with a client seat sign in on your domain and see a reduced, read-only workspace for their brand only:

  • Home, Reporting (AI Visibility, Competitors, Reports, Sentiment Audit), Tasks, and Notifications

  • No agent, tools, brand settings, team, integrations, or credit balances

  • No upgrade prompts or plan walls

See Client Access for inviting clients and seat limits.

Attribution

"Powered by Rank Prompt" is always off on your domain, regardless of the Hide attribution toggle. Sign-up links and "Create your own report" buttons on share pages are hidden too. Public share links that are opened on app.rankprompt.com still follow your attribution setting.

Sign-in on Your Domain

  • Email and password sign-in, magic links, password reset, and invite acceptance work on your domain

  • There is no public sign-up page and no Google sign-in button

  • Sign-in emails (confirmation, password reset, magic link, invites) carry your logo and name and link back to your domain once it is registered with our auth provider (the Auth redirects pill on the Domains tab shows Active)

Team members who already have a Rank Prompt account use the same email and password on your domain.

What Is Not Branded

  • Google Analytics, Search Console, Gmail, and GitHub connections open a popup on app.rankprompt.com to complete authorization

  • The MCP server and the public developer API keep the Rank Prompt name

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the white-label app cost extra?

No. It is included in Agency Plus.

Do I need to enable it to use my domain for the portal?

No. A verified domain already serves portal links, share links, and review links. The switch only adds the sign-in page and the dashboard.

Can my clients sign up on my domain?

No. Accounts on your domain are invite-only: team members from Account > Team, clients from Brand Settings > Client access or White label > Clients.

What happens if I downgrade?

The domain is taken down and the app switch is turned off. Your team keeps access on app.rankprompt.com.

Can I use my apex domain (youragency.com)?

No. Only subdomains are supported, for example app.youragency.com or clients.youragency.com.
