In agency mode, Home becomes Agency home: one dashboard across all your client brands, so you see who needs attention before you open a single brand. It needs Agency Plus; open it by choosing Agency mode in the brand switcher.
Agency home is built from widgets, like the brand Home:
Portfolio numbers: Brands, Avg visibility, Stale (>30d) (brands with no report in 30 days), Failed deliveries and Reviews waiting
Needs attention: brands whose visibility is dropping, a client delivery that failed, articles waiting for review, brands with no completed report yet
Visibility bands: how many brands are Strong (50+), Moderate (25-49), Emerging (<25) or not scored yet
Heatmap: each brand's Visibility score on each AI platform (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity, AI Mode); darker cells mean the platform names the brand more often
Trend: the portfolio's average visibility over the last weeks, with the best and worst brand as a band
Movers: the brands that changed most week over week
Sources: sites that cite more than one of your brands, worth one pitch for several clients
Competitors: the competitors that show up across several brands
Outreach: emails sent, opens, replies and bounces per brand
Schedules: failed runs and failed client deliveries of your Scheduled Reports
Reviews: articles waiting for a client's approval, with their comments
Credits: credits used per brand this period
The Brands list gives one row per brand: Avg visibility, Last report, Next report, Last delivery (Sent, Pending or Failed) and its Client reports, with a Healthy, Watch or Needs attention flag.
Tags: tag brands (for example by team, industry or retainer) and filter the dashboard by tag; Clear tags resets it. Tags are set on the Brands page
Brands: pick the brands to focus on
Export CSV downloads what the current filters show
Click a brand to open it in its own Home
Tasks, Client reports, Shares, Content, Reviews, Prospecting and Client emails in the agency sidebar work across all brands
Ask the agent about the whole portfolio with All brands: "Which clients slipped this week?"
