Content Calendar

See every article, scheduled publish, report run, outreach email, Business Profile post and task due date of a brand on one calendar, by month or by week.

Content Calendar

What it shows

Open Calendar from the sidebar (or press Cmd+K and type "calendar"). For the selected brand it shows:

  • Articles, each on the date that matters for where it stands (see below)

  • Scheduled report runs, with the next runs a report's frequency implies drawn faded

  • Scheduled outreach emails and Business Profile posts

  • Open tasks on their due date, and articles whose facts are due for a review

The tiles above the grid count the articles in view by state.

Where each article stands

State

Where it sits on the calendar

Planned

The date your content plan gave it; nothing has been written yet

Queued

Waiting for its generation to start

Generating

Being written now, with the current step

Ready for review

Written and waiting for you in the editor

Scheduled

The time it will go live on a connected site

Published

The day it went live, with a link to the live page

Failed

When generation or a scheduled publish gave up, with what went wrong

Once an article is published or scheduled, its plan date is no longer shown. A scheduled publish that failed after its retries brings the plan date back.

Click any article to open its details: its state, where it was sent, and a link to the editor or the live page.

Month and week

  • Switch between Month and Week at the top of the grid; Today jumps back to the current date.

  • The week view is a one-column agenda on a phone.

  • The view you pick stays in the address, so a shared link opens the same view.

Agency mode

In agency mode the calendar lists the events of every brand you can access, with the brand name on each event.

Asking the agent

The agent reads the same calendar: ask "what is going out this week?" or "which articles failed to publish?" and it answers from the brand's report runs, articles and tasks.

Plan requirements

The calendar is available on every plan. Scheduling an article needs Starter or higher, like publishing.
