From your dashboard sidebar, click Articles to access the content generation feature.
Select the type of article you want to create:

Each content type has specific fields to fill out:
Content Type Fields: Options specific to your chosen type (e.g., competitor name, number of items in list)
Topic Description (required): Describe what the article should cover, the angle, key points, and target audience
Title (optional): Leave blank for AI to suggest, or provide your own
Target Keywords (optional): Add comma-separated keywords for SEO targeting

Agency Plus users have access to a content review workflow that lets clients review and approve articles before they are published.
After generating an article, you can send it to a client for review directly from the editor. This creates a share link that gives the client access without a Rank Prompt account.
The client receives a magic link and can open the article, add comments anchored to specific text (similar to Google Docs), request changes, or approve the article.
The agency sees all pending reviews in the /reviews page - a central inbox for article review actions across all brands.
From the /reviews page you can also refresh or extend a share link that is close to expiring.
The /content page gives agency-wide visibility into all articles and their review statuses.
Review statuses include: Awaiting client (submitted for client review via share link), Changes Requested, and Approved.
Articles with changes requested must have a comment before the status can be set, keeping feedback actionable.
This workflow is designed for agencies managing content on behalf of clients, where client sign-off is required before publishing.
