Agency Plus: Client Review Before Publishing

If you are on the Agency Plus plan, you can send an article for client review before publishing it.

  1. Open the article in the editor.

  2. Use the review workflow to submit the article for client review.

  3. The client receives access to comment on the article, request changes, or approve it.

  4. Once the article is Approved, proceed to publish it.

You can track all pending reviews from the /reviews page (agency-wide inbox) and all articles from the /content page. Publishing an article that has not been reviewed is still possible, but the review workflow ensures clients have signed off before content goes live.
