Rank Prompt operates on a simple credit-based system. This gives you full control over your usage and costs.
Credits are the currency you use to perform actions in Rank Prompt. Each action has a specific credit cost, and credits are deducted from your balance when you perform that action.

Prompts across platforms: Analyzing a prompt on ChatGPT, Perplexity, AND Google AI Overviews costs only 1 credit total (not per platform).
Scheduled reports: Each run costs credits based on the number of prompts (1 credit per prompt).
Outreach batch operations: Minimum 1 credit per operation, rounded up.
Your plan determines how many credits you receive each month:
Plan | Monthly Credits |
Starter | 150 |
Pro | 500 |
Agency | 1,000 |
Plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
You can see your credit balance in several places:
Dashboard — Credit widget shows current balance
Top navigation — Credit count displayed next to your profile
Plans & Billing — Detailed credit history and usage
You'll receive notifications when your credits are running low so you can plan accordingly.
When you reach zero credits:
You cannot run new reports
Scheduled reports will pause
You'll be prompted to purchase more credits or upgrade your plan
Purchase a top-up — One-time credit packs
Upgrade your plan — Get more monthly credits
Wait for reset — Credits refresh at the start of your next billing cycle
Purchase additional credits anytime without changing your plan:
Pack | Credits | Price | Price per Credit |
Small | 50 | $18 | $0.36 |
Medium | 100 | $35 | $0.35 |
Large | 200 | $65 | $0.325 |
Top-up credits never expire and are used after your monthly allowance.
Before running a report, check how many prompts it includes. More prompts = more credits.
Set appropriate frequencies:
Daily: High-priority tracking (uses more credits)
Weekly: Regular monitoring (balanced)
Monthly: Long-term trend tracking (most efficient)
For scheduled reports, start with fewer prompts and expand as needed.
