The Prompts page is where you get granular. Instead of one overall score, you see every prompt you track or ran, whether the AI platforms name your brand when they answer it, and the answers themselves.
Make sure you're on the right brand (check the brand switcher)
Go to Visibility > Prompts in the sidebar
The page has three tabs: Prompts, Responses and Categories.
A filter bar at the top applies to all three tabs:
Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
Reports | Pick one-off reports, or every run of a Scheduled Report |
Category | Only prompts of one category |
AI platform | Only the answers of one AI platform |
Date range | Only answers given in that window |
Change a filter and every number, chart and table on the page follows it.
Every prompt you track in a Scheduled Report or ran in a one-off report, one row per prompt text.
Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
Prompt | The prompt that was asked |
Type | Brand (names your brand), Competitor (names a competitor) or Organic (names neither) |
Visibility | Share of the answers under the filters that name your brand |
Answers | Answers that name your brand, out of every answer to the prompt |
Trend | Visibility on the last days the prompt ran |
Runs | Completed report runs that asked it |
Platforms | The AI platforms that answered it |
Category | Its category |
Last run | When it last ran |
Status | Active, Paused or Not tracked |
Intent, Volume, Difficulty | The Google keyword the prompt stands for, once it has been mapped |
A prompt with low visibility is one the AI platforms answer without naming your brand. Sort by Visibility to put the weakest first.
The View selector changes what each row shows:
Default: the columns above
By platform: how many answers of each AI platform named your brand, per prompt
By citation: the domains the latest answer of each AI platform cites, most cited first
By position: the brands the latest answer of each AI platform names, in the order they come up
Types and Intents chips count the prompts of each kind; click one to filter
Tracking: All prompts, Tracked, Active or Not tracked (prompts that only ran in one-off reports)
Search prompts finds a prompt by its text
Click a row to see the prompt in full: its visibility, its answers, its visibility on the last days it ran, the latest answer per AI platform, the brands those answers name and where the prompt runs.
Owners and editors can:
New prompt: add prompts to a Scheduled Report location, start a new Scheduled Report with them, or run them now in a one-off report
Track a prompt that only ran in a one-off report
Copy to a location or Move to a location
Pause or Resume tracked prompts
Change category or Edit
Select several rows to act on them at once.
Every answer the AI platforms gave to your prompts under the filters, newest first.
Two charts sit at the top of the tab:
Named by AI platform: the share of each AI platform's answers that name your brand
Naming your brand over time: the same share per AI platform, per day (per week on a long date range)
Read them together: an AI platform that gives many answers and names you in few of them is the one to work on first.
Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
Date | When the answer was given |
Prompt | The prompt |
Model | The AI platform and the model that answered |
Your brand | Named (with its place) or Not named |
Brands named | The other brands in the answer |
Citations | The pages the answer cites |
Report | The report the answer belongs to |
Use Brand named to show only the answers that Name your brand or only those that Miss your brand, and Search by prompt to find one prompt. Click an answer to read it in full with your brand marked.
Your prompts grouped by category:
Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
Category | The category name |
Prompts | Prompts in the category under the filters |
Tracked | Of those, the prompts a Scheduled Report tracks |
Answers | Answers that name your brand, out of every answer in the category |
Visibility | Share of the category's answers that name your brand |
Click a category to see its prompts, or open it in the Prompts tab. Owners and editors can Rename or merge the category (all its tracked prompts move to a new or existing category) or Choose prompts to move.

Improve or create: update the page or write a new one
Build authority: earn mentions and citations on the pages the AI platforms cite
Track it: keep the prompt in a Scheduled Report and watch its trend
Review weekly: check for new prompts that miss your brand

Study the answers: read what the AI platforms actually say
Compare the AI platforms: a prompt can name you on one and miss you on another
