The page auto-refreshes to show updates.

Failed Reports

  • Oldest First — Oldest at top

Report Sections

The Reports page organizes reports into collapsible sections:

Processing Reports

Reports currently being analyzed. Auto-refreshes every 5 seconds.

Failed Reports

Reports that encountered errors. Review and retry if needed.

In Progress (Draft)

Reports you've started but haven't completed the analysis step.

Completed Reports

Finished reports with full results available.

Each section shows:

  • Total count

  • Expand/collapse toggle

  • Pagination for large lists

Report Cards

Each report is displayed as a card showing:

  • Report name/date — When it was created

  • Status badge — Current status

  • Scheduled report link — If part of a schedule

  • Key metrics — Visibility score, prompt count

  • Platform icons — Which AI platforms were tested

Click any card to view full results.

Individual vs. Scheduled Reports

Individual Reports

  • Created manually one-time

  • Good for spot checks

  • Not part of recurring tracking

Scheduled Reports

  • Automatically generated on a schedule

  • Part of a scheduled report configuration

  • Include trend data over time

  • Link back to the parent schedule

Pagination

When you have many reports:

  • Reports are paginated (20 per page)

  • Use page navigation at the bottom

  • Each section (Processing, Draft, Completed) has its own pagination
