What is a Scheduled Report?

A Scheduled Report is an automated visibility tracking system that runs your prompts on a recurring basis — daily, weekly, or monthly. Instead of manually running reports every time, you set it up once and let Rank Prompt do the work for you.

Why Use Scheduled Reports?

One-time reports give you a snapshot. Scheduled reports give you the full picture:

No more remembering to run reports manually. Your schedule runs automatically:

Daily — Best for fast-moving industries or active campaigns
Weekly — Ideal for most businesses (recommended)
Monthly — Good for stable industries or budget-conscious tracking

Track Multiple Regions

Each schedule can have multiple Location Configs to track different markets:

Track your brand in New York and Los Angeles separately
Monitor visibility in Spanish and English for the same region
Compare performance across different countries

How Scheduled Reports Work

Schedule — The container with a name and frequency
Location Configs — Individual tracking setups within the schedule
Prompts — The questions you're tracking in each location config

What You'll See in the App

Navigate to Reports → Scheduled Reports to access this feature.

The Schedule List

Each schedule card shows:

Element	What it means
Name	Your schedule's identifier
Frequency Badge	Daily, Weekly, or Monthly
Status Badge	Active (green) or Paused (gray)
Credit Badge	Credits used per run
Next Run	When it will run next
Location Configs	Click to expand and see all configs

Schedule Detail Page

Click any schedule to see:

Overview — Brand info, latest performance, next run time
Reports History — All past report runs
Analytics — Trends, comparisons, and insights

Credit Cost

Scheduled reports use credits the same way manual reports do:

What's counted	Credit cost
1 prompt analyzed	1 credit
All platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI)	Included — no extra cost

Example: A schedule with 2 location configs × 10 prompts each = 20 credits per run

Tip: Only active location configs count toward your credit usage. Pause configs you don't need temporarily.

Term	Definition
