From the sidebar, click your profile icon → Plans & Billing.

Changing Your Plan

Upgrading

To upgrade to a higher plan:

1. Go to Plans & Billing → Plan tab

2. Select your desired plan (Monthly or Annual)

3. Click Upgrade

4. Complete payment

What happens:

• New plan activates immediately

• Credit difference is prorated

• Billing cycle continues unchanged

Downgrading

To downgrade to a lower plan:

1. Go to Plans & Billing → Plan tab

2. Select the lower plan

3. Click Downgrade

4. Change takes effect at next billing cycle

What happens:

• Current plan continues until period ends

• New plan starts at renewal

• Unused credits don't carry over

Switching Billing Interval

To switch between monthly and annual:

1. Go to Plans & Billing → Plan tab

2. Toggle Monthly/Annual at the top

3. Select your current tier

4. Confirm the change

AI Budget (Agent Credits)

The AI Agent copilot, inline content editing, and AI image generation draw from a separate AI Budget balance. You fund it by converting report credits.

What Is AI Budget?

• Powers AI features: the agent copilot, inline content editing, and AI image generation

• A separate balance, but you top it up by converting your report credits

• Available on all paid plans, and each plan includes a monthly AI budget that resets every cycle

Topping Up AI Budget

When your AI Budget runs low, the app prompts you to convert report credits to AI Budget. Conversion rates are 20 credits for $5, 50 credits for $15, and 120 credits for $40, with a better rate at higher volume. AI Budget added this way is cycle-expiring and resets when your plan renews. If you previously bought permanent AI Budget top-ups, that balance still never expires, but new permanent top-ups are no longer sold.

Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

You can connect your own OpenAI API key in Agent Settings to use your own OpenAI account for agent conversations. When BYOK is active, agent usage does not consume platform AI Budget.

Cancelling Your Subscription

How to Cancel

1. Go to Plans & Billing → Subscription tab

2. Click Cancel

3. Confirm cancellation

4. Subscription ends at period end

What Happens When You Cancel

• Current period continues until end date

• Access to all features until then

• Credits usable until period ends

• Data retained (can resubscribe later)

Reactivating

If you cancel but change your mind:

1. Before period ends: Click Don't Cancel to reactivate

2. After period ends: Subscribe again from Plan tab

Frequently Asked Questions

How many brands can I create?

Each plan includes a brand limit: up to 10 on Starter, 100 on Pro, 500 on Agency, and 1,000 on Agency Plus.

Can I change plans mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at next renewal.

Do unused credits carry over?

Monthly credits reset each billing cycle and don't carry over. Top-up credits never expire.

What's the difference between Pro and Agency?

Pro adds Email Campaigns, Priority Support, and 2 team member seats over Starter. Agency adds White-label Exports and increases team members to 10 seats. Agency Plus adds 25 seats plus the full suite: portfolio dashboard, cross-brand agency agent, client portal, agency domain with the white-label app, 100 client logins, content & review workflow, My Shares, and prospecting tools.

What is AI Budget and how is it different from credits?

Regular credits are used for visibility reports, article generation, SEO audits, and outreach actions. AI Budget is a separate balance that powers AI features (the agent copilot, inline content editing, and AI image generation). The two are separate pools, but you fund AI Budget by converting report credits, and that converted budget is cycle-expiring. You can also bring your own OpenAI key to bypass platform AI Budget entirely.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit cards, debit cards, and some regional payment methods via Stripe.

Can I get a refund?

Full refunds are only available if you contact support within 24 hours of a charge, granted at our discretion. After 24 hours no refunds are issued (including renewals and trial conversions), and credit top-ups are non-refundable. This refund policy is separate from the 7-day free trial, which you can cancel before it ends to avoid being charged.
