The AI Visibility dashboard is where you go to understand how AI platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI see your brand. It consolidates data from all your visibility reports into actionable insights.
Navigate to AI Dashboards → AI Visibility in the sidebar.
The dashboard is organized into five tabs, each serving a specific purpose:

Overview | High-level metrics and charts | Quick check-ins, executive summaries |
Prompts | Detailed prompt-by-prompt analysis | Understanding what's working/not |
Outreach | Citation opportunities and outreach | Improving visibility through backlinks |
Competitors | Who's appearing instead of you | Competitive intelligence |
Trends | Performance over time | Long-term tracking, measuring progress |
At the top of the dashboard, powerful filters let you slice your data:
Choose which reports to analyze:
All Reports — Everything in the date range
Specific Schedule — Reports from one scheduled report
Individual Reports — Pick exactly which ones
Filter by prompt category (if you've categorized your prompts):
"All Categories" shows everything
Select one to focus on a specific topic area
See how you perform on specific platforms:
All — Combined view across all platforms
ChatGPT — Just ChatGPT results
Perplexity — Just Perplexity results
Google AI — Just Google AI Overview results
Narrow down to a specific time period:
Predefined options (Last 7 days, Last 30 days, etc.)
Custom date range picker
Tip: Use filters together. For example: "Show me ChatGPT results for Product prompts in the last 7 days."
The Overview tab gives you instant clarity on your visibility status.
The large circular gauge shows your overall visibility percentage:
70%+ — Excellent. You're appearing in most AI responses.
50-70% — Good. Room for improvement but solid presence.
30-50% — Moderate. AI platforms know you exist.
Below 30% — Low. Time to improve your content strategy.
See how each AI platform ranks you:

Different platforms have different knowledge bases. This chart helps you identify where to focus.

If you see "No Reports Selected" or empty dashboards:
No reports exist — Create your first visibility report
Filters too narrow — Try expanding date range or selecting more reports
Brand not selected — Check the brand switcher in the header
Open AI Visibility
Check the Overview for any major changes
Look at Prompts tab for new missed opportunities
Note any concerning trends
Set date range to last 30 days
Review Competitors tab for market shifts
Check Trends for progress
Export data for reporting
Wait 1-2 weeks after publishing new content
Run a new report or let scheduled reports run
Compare before/after visibility scores
Note which prompts improved
