The real power of scheduled reports is seeing how your AI visibility changes over time. The Analytics tab gives you insights that one-time reports simply can't provide.
Go to Reports → Scheduled Reports
Click on any schedule
Click the Analytics tab (or the 📊 chart icon)
At the top, you'll see summary cards:
Card | What it shows |
Current Visibility | Latest score with trend arrow |
Change | Difference from previous period |
Top Performing | Your best-ranking prompts |
Needs Attention | Prompts that dropped |
The main chart shows your visibility score for each run:

Unexpected drops
Winning prompts to celebrate
Opportunities to improve
Don't panic at single-run fluctuations. Look at the trend line:
4+ data points give reliable trends
Weekly schedules need 1+ month for good trends
Monthly schedules need 3+ months
Don't just look at scores — ask:
"What can I do to improve this?"
"What content needs updating?"
"Which topics should I create new content for?"
Note which markets perform best
Learn from high-performing regions
Apply those learnings to lower-performing ones
Visibility trending upward or stable
Most prompts maintaining rankings
No unexpected drops
Visibility declining for 2+ consecutive runs
Several prompts dropped significantly
New competitor appearing consistently
Visibility dropped 10%+ suddenly
Multiple previously-ranking prompts now unranked
Zero appearances in recent runs
You need at least 2 runs to see trends. Wait for more runs or:
Click Run Now to generate data immediately
AI responses can vary. Look at trends over 4+ runs rather than comparing two individual runs.
Analytics only show data from when the schedule was created. You can't see data from before the schedule existed.
