The real power of scheduled reports is seeing how your AI visibility changes over time. The Analytics tab gives you insights that one-time reports simply can't provide.
Go to Reports → Scheduled Reports
Click on any schedule
Click the Analytics tab (or the
chart icon)
At the top, you'll see summary cards:
Card | What it shows |
Current Visibility | Latest score with trend arrow |
Change | Difference from previous period |
Top Performing | Your best-ranking prompts |
Needs Attention | Prompts that dropped |
The main chart shows your visibility score for each run:
Reading the chart:
Upward trend
— Your optimizations are working
Flat line → — Stable visibility, competitors aren't gaining
Downward trend
— Time to investigate and improve
Change | Possible causes |
| Content improvements, new backlinks, better SEO |
| Competitor improvements, AI model updates, stale content |
| No significant changes in your space |
Each prompt shows:

Use the date selector to compare:

Check which prompts dropped — Look at the prompt table
Review content for those topics — Is it outdated?
Check competitors — Did they publish new content?
Look at citations — Are you still being cited?
Identify what worked — Which prompts improved?
Replicate success — Apply same strategy to other prompts
Double down — Create more content in winning areas
Open the prompt detail by clicking on it
Check Responses tab — what are AI platforms saying?
Check Sources — who's getting cited instead?
Update your content to be more comprehensive
Click the Export button to download:
CSV of all runs with scores
Prompt-level performance data
Trend analysis summary
Use the exported data for:
Monthly marketing reports
Client visibility reports
ROI analysis
Switch to the Reports History tab to see:

Track Over TimeDon't panic at single-run fluctuations. Look at the trend line:
4+ data points give reliable trends
Weekly schedules need 1+ month for good trends
Monthly schedules need 3+ months
Focus on Actionable InsightsDon't just look at scores — ask:
"What can I do to improve this?"
"What content needs updating?"
"Which topics should I create new content for?"
Compare ConfigurationsNote which markets perform best
Learn from high-performing regions
Apply those learnings to lower-performing ones
Healthy ScheduleVisibility trending upward or stable
Most prompts maintaining rankings
No unexpected drops
Needs AttentionVisibility declining for 2+ consecutive runs
Several prompts dropped significantly
New competitor appearing consistently

You need at least 2 runs to see trends. Wait for more runs or:
Click Run Now to generate data immediately
AI responses can vary. Look at trends over 4+ runs rather than comparing two individual runs.
Analytics only show data from when the schedule was created. You can't see data from before the schedule existed.
