AI content for Google Business Profile

Draft Google posts, schedule a batch of them, draft review replies and get profile suggestions with AI. Each generation costs 1 credit, and nothing reaches Google until you review it and publish.

On the Business Profile page the AI helps with three kinds of content: posts, review replies and profile suggestions. In each case it writes a draft from your brand's details in Brand settings, your Market (country and language) and your listing on Google. You read it, edit it, and then publish or apply it yourself.

Every AI generation costs 1 credit. Only brand owners and editors can generate and publish.

AI posts

Google posts are short updates that show on your listing in Search and Maps: news, offers, events. A listing that posts regularly looks maintained, to Google and to the people who find it.

Draft one post

  1. Open Business Profile and the Posts tab

  2. Click Create with AI

  3. Pick the Post type: Standard, Offer or Event

  4. Add a Topic hint if you have one (optional), such as "Spring sale" or "new hours"

  5. Click Generate draft (1 credit)

The AI uses your brand context, your top Business Profile search keywords and your recent posts. The draft opens in the post form, marked as an AI draft. There you can:

  • Edit the Summary (up to 1,500 characters)

  • Set the Call to action (Book, Order, Shop, Learn more, Sign up or Call) and its URL

  • Fill the Offer details (coupon code, dates) or the Event details (title, dates)

  • Add up to 10 photos

  • Pick a time under Schedule for later (optional), or leave it empty to publish now

Then click Create post, or Schedule post if you picked a time.

Schedule a batch

Bulk schedule with AI opens Generate a content calendar:

Field

What it sets

Number of posts

1 to 10

Cadence

Weekly, Every 2 weeks or Every 3 days

First post

The date of the first one (in the future)

Topic hint (optional)

A theme for the batch, such as seasonal promos

Click Generate & schedule. Each post costs 1 credit, and the credits needed for the whole batch are checked before it starts. You can Stop after current and resume later: the posts already written are not charged again.

The posts land in Scheduled posts on the Posts tab and publish on their own. Open one to edit or reschedule it, or cancel it, before it goes out.

Tips

  • Be specific in the topic hint. "20% off all services this weekend" gives a better draft than no hint.

  • Keep the call to action simple and matching the post: Book for an appointment, Call for a phone number (it uses the location's phone).

  • Edit freely: the draft is a starting point.

AI review replies

Replying to reviews, the good and the bad, shows the people reading them that you listen, and keeps the listing looking cared for.

Reply to one review

  1. Open the Reviews tab

  2. Find the review (filter by stars, or by Replied and Unreplied)

  3. Click AI reply (1 credit), or Reply to write your own

  4. Read and edit the draft in the reply box

  5. Click Submit reply

The AI reads the review's text and stars, and writes in your brand's language. It picks a tone for the review and shows it above the draft (AI draft tone:).

Draft replies in bulk

Generate all replies drafts a reply for each unreplied review under the current filters, up to 25 at a time, 1 credit each. The drafts wait in each reply box: edit them and post each one when it is ready. Drafts are not saved, so post them before you leave the page.

After you reply

  • Pending Google approval: Google has not shown the reply yet

  • Filtered by Google: Google hid the reply. Edit it to remove links, contact details or anything that may break Google's policies

  • Delete reply removes it from Google

Before you post a draft, check that the tone fits your brand, that any name or detail is right, and that a reply to a negative review answers the actual complaint.
