The Portfolio Dashboard (also called Agency Home) is the top-level view in Agency Mode. Instead of looking at one brand at a time, you see key metrics and activity across all your brands in a single unified interface.
It is the starting point for every agency session - giving you a quick pulse on client performance before drilling into any individual brand.
A list of all your client brands showing:
Visibility scores - current AI visibility score per brand
Recent report activity - when the last report was run
Status indicators - at-a-glance health signals per brand
Brands with lower visibility or stale data surface to your attention so you know where to focus.
A visual heatmap showing how each of your brands performs across AI platforms. Rows represent brands, columns represent platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Mode, Claude, and any premium platforms you use). Color intensity indicates visibility strength.
How to use it:
Identify which platforms are consistently weak across multiple clients
Spot clients who are outperforming or underperforming the rest of your portfolio
Use findings to prioritize where to run new reports or create content
Tags let you categorize your client brands however makes sense for your agency - by industry, size, account status, service tier, or any label you choose.
Setting up tags:
Go to Agency -> Portfolio and open a brand's settings, or
Click a brand in the portfolio and open Brand Settings -> Client tab to edit tags
Filtering by tag:
Use the tag filter at the top of the portfolio to show only brands matching a specific tag
Filter uses OR logic - brands matching any of the selected tags are included

The multi-brand filter lets you select a specific subset of brands to focus on across all agency views - portfolio, heatmap, tasks, and more.
How to use it:
Click the brand filter at the top of any agency page
Select the brands you want to focus on
All agency views update to show only those brands
This is useful when you want to work on a specific client segment or prepare for a client call covering a handful of accounts.
Click any brand in the portfolio list to open that brand's full dashboard - all per-brand features (reports, agent, tasks, articles, SEO audits, etc.) are available as normal.
Use the back navigation or the agency sidebar to return to cross-brand views.
Every brand you create under your account appears in the portfolio automatically. Create new brands from the Brands section in the sidebar or from any new brand CTA.
Yes. Use the tag filter bar or the multi-brand selector at the top of the portfolio to focus on a subset of brands. There is no free-text search bar - use tag filters to organize and surface brands.
Tags are currently used for visual organization and filtering in the portfolio. They do not affect report settings, billing, or permissions.
Agency Plus supports up to 1,000 brands.
