The AI Agent is a conversational assistant built directly into Rank Prompt. It understands your brand’s visibility data, reports, competitors, and content - and helps you take action through natural language. Instead of navigating menus and interpreting charts yourself, you can just ask.
The AI Agent is available on all paid plans (Starter, Pro, Agency, and Agency Plus).
The agent has full context about your brand, including:
Visibility scores - Your current and historical AI visibility scores across all platforms
Reports - Results from your visibility reports, including prompt-level data
Competitors - Which competitors appear alongside or instead of your brand
Citations - Which sources AI platforms cite when mentioning your brand
Tasks - Your task board and open work items
Content - Articles you’ve generated, their status, and performance
Brand Audit - Your latest audit results and deltas vs. previous audits
Because the agent has this context, you don’t need to copy-paste data or explain your situation - it already knows it.
Ask anything about your visibility data, competitors, citations, or strategy in plain language. The agent explains trends, comparisons, and what they mean.
This is the most powerful use case. Describe a visibility goal or reference a task, and the agent works on it for you — pulling your data, running reports, analyzing gaps, drafting content, identifying outreach targets, and reporting back with concrete findings.
Example: “Work on the task: improve our ChatGPT visibility for [keyword]” → the agent analyzes your current prompt coverage, finds gaps, and gives you a prioritized action plan.

On Agency Plus, there is also a cross-brand agency agent. Unlike the per-brand agent, the agency agent understands your entire portfolio - all brands, their visibility trends, and cross-brand patterns. Use it to get portfolio-level summaries, compare brands, or identify which clients need attention. Access it from the agency-level sidebar.
Agent conversations use a separate AI Budget pool, distinct from your regular monthly credits. You can top up AI Budget from Plans & Billing -> Top-Ups, or connect your own OpenAI API key (BYOK) to use your own account instead. See Agent Settings & BYOK for details.
