The AI Agent retains key facts between conversations. When you tell the agent something important - your brand's main goals, a competitor you're focused on, a preference for how you want information presented - it remembers this for future sessions.
This means you don't have to re-explain your context every time you open the agent. It picks up where you left off.
The agent can remember things like:
Brand context - Key facts about your brand, your market, and your goals
Preferences - How you like information presented (e.g. "always compare to last month")
Ongoing focus areas - Competitors, platforms, or topics you're actively working on
Past decisions - Actions taken in previous sessions that are relevant going forward
Memory is built up naturally through conversation. The agent identifies information worth retaining and stores it automatically.
Memory entries have one of two scopes:
Account scope - The entry applies to all brands in your account. Preferences and general context (e.g. "always compare to last month") are typically stored at this level.
Brand scope - The entry applies only to the specific brand you were in when it was saved. Brand-specific facts (e.g. "this brand's main competitor is X") are stored at this level and do not carry over to other brands.
When you talk to the agent inside a brand context, it automatically scopes brand-specific facts to that brand. Account-level preferences are available regardless of which brand you're in.
Each memory entry in Agent Settings shows a scope badge: Account or the specific brand name it belongs to.
To see what the agent has stored:
Go to Agent Settings (accessible from the agent panel or account settings)
Open the Memory tab
Review the list of stored memory entries
Each entry shows the fact or preference the agent has saved.
If a memory entry is outdated or incorrect, you can remove it:
Go to Agent Settings -> Memory
Find the entry you want to remove
Click the delete icon next to it
Deleted entries are removed immediately and will not be used in future conversations.
You can also ask the agent directly to forget something: "Forget that I'm focused on [competitor]." The agent will remove the relevant entry.
If you want to start fresh, you can clear all memory entries at once from Agent Settings -> Memory. Use this if your brand strategy has changed significantly and you want the agent to stop using old context.
