The agent is accessible from within any brand in Rank Prompt. Look for the chat icon in the bottom corner of the screen while inside a brand. Clicking it opens the agent chat panel.
On Agency Plus, the agency-level agent is accessible from the agency sidebar (outside of any individual brand).

You can ask the agent to automatically work on a task - not just track it. The agent reads the task, pulls your brand data, executes the relevant actions (running reports, analyzing competitors, drafting content, identifying outreach opportunities), and reports back with findings and next steps.

The agent is focused on your visibility strategy. It cannot:
Make changes to your billing or subscription
Cancel or upgrade your plan
Send emails or outreach on your behalf
Access data from brands you don't have access to
You can attach up to 3 images per message (maximum 2 MB each). Use this to share screenshots, charts, or visual context with the agent. Supported formats include PNG, JPG, and similar common image types.
Agent sessions have a context window limit. Very long sessions (around 120,000 tokens of conversation history) are force-ended to control costs. A warning appears when you approach that limit (around 100,000 tokens). If you see this warning, start a new session to continue.
Be specific. The more context you give, the better the answer. Instead of "how am I doing?" try "how has my ChatGPT visibility changed this month?"
Reference features by name. Say "run a report" or "create a task" to trigger specific actions.
Ask follow-up questions. The agent keeps track of the conversation, so you can drill down with follow-ups like "and how does that compare to last month?"
Use it for summaries. If you've just run a report and want a plain-language takeaway, ask "summarize my latest report results."
