Two settings pages decide how Rank Prompt talks to you. Notifications picks which events reach you in the app (the bell) and by email, and when the weekly digest arrives. Preferences sets your language and time zone. Both apply to your account across all brands.
Click the gear at the foot of the rail. Under Settings you find Team, Notifications, Preferences and Agent settings.
The Weekly digest card at the top of the Notifications page sends one email with what changed on your brands. When nothing changed, nothing is sent.
Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
The switch | Turns the digest on or off |
How often | Weekly or Monthly |
Day | The day it is sent (a monthly digest goes on the first of these days each month) |
Time | The hour it is sent, in your time zone |
The digest is on by default, weekly, on Monday at 08:00. If you have not set a time zone in Preferences, it goes out at that hour in UTC. Every digest also carries two links: Get it monthly instead and Turn off the weekly digest.
Below the digest, four tabs group the events: Reports, Content & SEO, Outreach and Billing. Each row has an Email switch and an In-App switch. A dash in the Email column means the event has no email.
Everything is on by default, except the email for Reminders.

A few details on the credit notifications:
Low credit balance measures what is left against this period's total: monthly plan credits, top-up credits and API add-on credits together. Each level fires once per billing period (and again after a top-up), and only on a subscription or trial with at least 25 credits in the pool.
Insufficient credits goes to the account owner, who pays for the credits, even when a team member started the action.
Invitations to a team or a brand always reach you, in the app and by email. They have no switch.
On an agency's own domain (white label), only the account owner sees the Billing tab.
Changing a switch does not save it on its own. When you have unsaved changes, a Save preferences button appears at the top of the page: click it to keep them.
The bell sits in the top bar. Its badge counts your unread notifications.
Click the bell to see your latest 10 notifications and how many are unread
Click a notification to open the page it points to; that also marks it as read
Dismiss (the X on a notification) removes one
Clear all notifications removes them all
Notifications are kept for 180 days.
Emails come from Rank Prompt at [email protected], and a reply goes to [email protected]. Each one ends with a Manage preferences link that opens the Notifications page, where you turn that email off.
On an agency's own domain with a verified sending domain, emails come from the agency's address and name instead. Credit and API quota emails always come from Rank Prompt.
Check | What to do |
|---|---|
The switch | Make sure the Email switch of that event is on, and that you clicked Save preferences |
Spam folder | Look in your spam or junk folder |
Gmail tabs | Look in the Promotions and Updates tabs |
Blocked sender | Add |
Emails go to the address you sign in with.
Preferences sets the language and time zone the app uses for you, on every device:
Setting | What it changes |
|---|---|
Language | Menus, buttons, notifications and emails from the app. Choose Same as your browser, English, Español, Português (Brasil), Deutsch or Français |
Time zone | Every time of day you see, like when a Scheduled Report last ran, and the hour your digest arrives. Choose Same as your browser or pick a zone. Campaign send windows keep their own zone |
Click Save to keep a change. Reports and generated content keep the language of their market, whatever language you pick here.
Setting | Where |
|---|---|
Your plan, top-ups and AI budget | Plans |
Your subscription, invoices and usage | Subscription |
Team members | Settings > Team |
How the agent works | Settings > Agent settings |
Brand details | Brand > Brand settings |
Integrations | Brand > Integrations |
A client seat only has Notifications under Settings.
Every event on the page can be turned off, in the app and by email. Invitations to a team or a brand still reach you. Keep Insufficient credits and Low credit balance on, so a Scheduled Report never stops without you knowing.
AI visibility drops, Competitor took your place, Scheduled Report Failures and Scheduled report paused, plus the weekly digest for the week's changes.
