Tasks (in the sidebar) is one list of everything to do for a brand: the fixes Rank Prompt finds in your reports and audits, the tasks you add yourself, and the work you hand to the agent. It is on every plan, the Free plan included.

Weekly tip: up to 3 open per brand from your reports, scheduled or run by hand, each measured on the next run ("Today 2 of 6 AI platforms name the brand here..."). New ones come once a week, or right away when a run falls below the normal range of your score, starting with the prompts it lost
Tasks you create yourself start in To do.
Each suggestion has two choices:
Accept: add to To do makes it part of your plan
Dismiss: it will not be suggested again moves it to Dismissed, and the same finding stays declined on later runs
A suggestion left untouched for 90 days is deleted; if the finding still holds, a later run suggests it again. A task never moves back to Suggested.

Content, Brand facts, Tracking, Outreach, SEO and Technical. Each task also has a Priority (High, Medium or Low).
List: a table for scanning, filtering and changing many tasks at once
Board: one column per status; drag a card to move it along. Suggested and Dismissed start folded.
Tasks opens on the view you used last. See Managing tasks.
Every task can be handed to the agent. Click Fix with agent on a task, or ask in the chat ("Work on the task about our G2 profile"). The agent moves the task to In progress, does the work and moves it to Done when the deliverable is ready. A suggestion is accepted first. Open conversation on the task brings you back to that chat.

Run a report, then open How to fix your results and click Show me what to fix: the fixes land in Suggested
Open Tasks, accept what matters and dismiss the rest
Hand a task to the agent with Fix with agent, or work it yourself and move it to Done
With no tasks yet, the page shows No tasks yet with Run a report and New task.
