⚠ Warning: Deleting a brand permanently removes all associated data including reports, schedules, and analytics.

Who Can Delete

Only Owners can delete brands.

How to Delete

  1. Go to Brand β†’ My Brand

  2. Click "Delete" button

  3. Confirm in the modal

What Gets Deleted

  • The brand itself

  • All reports

  • All scheduled reports

  • All analytics data

  • All collaborator access

πŸ’‘ Consider pausing instead: If you might need the brand later, consider removing collaborators and keeping it inactive rather than deleting.

Best Practices

Naming

Do:

  • Use official business names

  • Be consistent across your portfolio

  • Include company suffixes if formal (Inc, LLC)

Don't:

  • Use nicknames

  • Include location unless part of name

  • Change names frequently (breaks tracking)

Organization

For agencies:

  • One brand per client

  • Use consistent naming: "ClientName - Market"

  • Set up schedules per client

For multi-product companies:

  • One brand per major product line

  • Or one brand with categories for products

Website URLs

  • Use the primary domain

  • Include https://

  • Don't use specific page URLs

Good: https://acme.com

Bad: https://acme.com/products/widget

Troubleshooting

"Cannot delete brand"

You might:

  • Not be the owner

  • Have pending operations

  • Try again in a few minutes

Brand logo not showing

The logo is fetched from your website. If missing:

  • Website might block logo fetching

  • Try updating the website URL

  • A placeholder will show instead

Wrong brand showing in dashboard

Check the brand switcherβ€”you might have accidentally switched. Click it and select the correct brand.
