Once you've created scheduled reports, you'll need to manage them over time. This guide covers all the actions you can take to keep your tracking efficient and organized.
From the Scheduled Reports list, each schedule has action buttons:
Icon | Action | What it does |
| Pause / Resume | Stops or starts the schedule |
| Analytics | Jump to the analytics view |
| Settings | Edit schedule settings |
| Delete | Permanently remove the schedule |
You're on vacation and don't need data
You want to save credits temporarily
You're making major content changes
It's a seasonal business (pause off-season)
Find the schedule
Click the
button
Click the schedule to open it
Click the
button in the header actions
Schedule won't run automatically
"Run Now" button is disabled
All settings and history are preserved
Badge changes to "Paused" (gray)
Click the
button to resume. The schedule will:
Calculate the next run time based on frequency
Show the updated "Next Run" time
Run at that scheduled time (or use Run Now)
Just created a schedule and want data immediately
Made content changes and want to see impact
Need fresh data for a meeting or report
Open the schedule detail page
Click "Run Now" button (top right)
Watch progress in the toast notification
A toast notification shows:
Processing status for each location config
Real-time progress updates
Completion confirmation
New report appears in Reports History
Analytics updates with new data point
Credits are deducted
Note: Run Now uses credits immediately. Each prompt = 1 credit.

You can pause specific configs while keeping the schedule active:
Example: Track US and UK, but pause UK during holiday season:
Schedule: Active
US Config: Active (runs normally)
UK Config: Paused (skipped during runs)
Perfect for quickly setting up similar markets:

Modal opens with copied settings
Change what's different (location, language)
Click "Create"
Use case: Duplicate "US - English" to create "US - Spanish"
Warning: This permanently deletes:
The schedule itself
All location configs
All historical reports
How to delete:

Consider pausing instead if you might need the data later.

When you have many schedules, use filters to find what you need:

Country | All countries in your configs |
Location | All locations in your configs |
Frequency | Daily, Weekly, Monthly |
Sort | Next Run (Soonest/Latest) |
Use the dropdown filters at the top of the list
Multiple filters stack together
Click "Clear" to reset all filters
"Show me all daily schedules" — Filter by Frequency: Daily
"What's running next?" — Sort by Next Run: Soonest
"Find my UK tracking" — Filter by Country: United Kingdom
If a schedule fails due to insufficient credits:
Error message appears on the schedule card
Link to "Top up credits" provided
Schedule remains active but won't retry until next scheduled time
Fix: Top up credits in Billing → Top-ups
If a schedule fails for other reasons:
Error message shows what went wrong
Schedule remains active
Will retry at next scheduled time
Common fixes:
Check if location configs are active
Ensure prompts exist in configs
Contact support if issue persists
