Creating a scheduled report is the best way to track your AI visibility consistently over time. This guide walks you through the entire process.
You'll need:
At least one completed visibility report (to use as a template)
Credits available for recurring runs
Don't have a report yet? Run a visibility report first from Reports → All Reports → New Report. The schedule will copy your prompts and settings from that report.
Navigate to Reports → Scheduled Reports in the sidebar
Click the "New Schedule" button (top right)
The modal will show your completed reports. Choose one to use as a template:

Select the report that has the prompts and location you want to track.
Non-standard location warning: If your original report has a custom location like "downtown Chicago", you'll see a warning. We'll suggest a standardized version for more accurate tracking.
Select how often you want the schedule to run:
Frequency | Best for | Runs |
Daily | Active campaigns, fast-moving industries | Every day at the same time |
Weekly | Most businesses (recommended) | Once per week |
Monthly | Stable industries, budget-conscious | Once per month |
Our recommendation: Start with Weekly. It gives you enough data points to spot trends without using too many credits.
The name auto-generates based on your report, but you can customize it:
Good naming examples:
"Weekly US Visibility"
"Daily NYC Tracking"
"Monthly Spanish Market"
Before clicking "Create Schedule", check:
Location — Is this the right market?
Language — Is it set correctly?
Prompts — Expand to see all prompts being tracked
Credits — See the cost per run in the footer
Click "Create Schedule" to finish!
After creation, your schedule will:
Appear in the list with status "Active"
Show "Next Run" time based on your frequency
Run automatically at the scheduled time
Don't want to wait? You can run it immediately:
Click on your new schedule to open details
Click the "Run Now" button
Watch real-time progress in the toast notification
Once the first run completes, you'll have:
A baseline visibility score
Your first entry in Reports History
Data that will compare against future runs
Go to the Analytics tab to see trends as more runs complete.
Your schedule can track more than one location! Add Location Configs to:
Track US and UK separately
