Content Preferences let you set default options that apply to all articles you generate. These settings ensure consistency across your content and reduce manual configuration.
Go to Articles from the sidebar
Click the Content Preferences button in the header
Go to Integrations from the sidebar
Click the Content Preferences button
Select the language for your generated content from the dropdown. RankPrompt supports 31 languages.
Note: The UI and prompts remain in English; only the generated article content uses the selected language.
Set the writing style for your articles:

Configure the style for AI-generated images:

After configuring your preferences:
Click Save Preferences
Settings apply to all future articles
Existing articles are not affected
Content Preferences are saved per brand:
Switch brands to configure different settings
Each brand can have unique preferences
Settings persist when you return to that brand
When you create a new article:
Language: Article body is generated in selected language
Tone: Writing style matches your setting
Images: AI-generated images follow your style preference
Professional Tone:
"Organizations implementing AI-driven visibility tracking observe significant improvements in their search performance metrics."
Casual Tone:
"When you start tracking your AI visibility, you'll see your search rankings get way better!"
Choose settings that align with your existing brand
Review your current content for tone consistency
Consider your target audience's expectations

When using non-English languages:
Keywords still work best in the target language
Review generated content for regional accuracy
Consider local idioms and expressions
Photorealistic: Works well for case studies and comparison articles
Illustrated: Great for FAQ articles and guides
Minimalist: Best for professional/B2B content

To reset to default settings:
Open Content Preferences
Set each option back to the default value
Click Save Preferences

No, preferences only apply to articles created after saving. Existing articles keep their original settings.
Currently, preferences apply globally. For one-off changes, you can temporarily adjust preferences, generate the article, then revert.
