Rank Prompt writes posts to the Wix Blog of one of your Wix sites. Each post carries its SEO title, meta description and structured data in the post's SEO settings, plus its excerpt, tags, cover image and body images, and is credited to a member of the site. Images are imported into the site's Media Manager.
You can publish now, schedule a date, save a draft, take a post back to draft, update it and remove it (a removed post goes to the blog's trash, where you can restore it).
The article is converted to the Wix Blog format. Headings, paragraphs, lists, quotes, tables, code blocks, links and images carry over. Embedded videos and forms are left out, and inline code keeps its text without the code style.
A Wix site with the Wix Blog app, published at least once
Access to the Wix API Keys Manager of the account
A member of the site with a blog writer role (usually you)
A Rank Prompt plan with publishing (Starter or higher), and the owner of the brand
In the Wix API Keys Manager, create an API key for the site with these permissions: Wix Blog (including read), Members (Read Members), Media Manager and Sites.
In Rank Prompt, open Integrations > Publish Content. In the More platforms card, click Wix, or + (Connect a platform), pick Wix and click Continue.
Paste the API key and click Continue. Rank Prompt lists the sites the key opens and the site's members.
Choose the site and the author, then click Connect.
Open an article, click More actions (the three dots) and Publish. Pick Your Wix and choose Publish, a date under Schedule, or Save as draft. A schedule set by hand in Wix is replaced by the Rank Prompt one.
